JaLynda Ashmall
JaLynda began her business career in 1982, working as a clerk in a small office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

JaLynda took a non-conventional path in her career by gaining life experience in all aspects of Business Management. She worked as a right hand assistant to several very successful organizations from 1982 through 2000. She worked as the Executive Director of a Company in Rochester, NY which gained recognition as one of the prestigious "Rochester Top 100", at its 3rd year in business, placing number 5. This was due to the leadership of the owner and the teamwork he inspired with JaLynda and the other manager. The 3 of them helped the organization realize it's success. 

In 2000, JaLynda took a different direction and went back to school at the age of 38 to acquire a degree in accounting. Although she is very proud of her life experience, she felt a degree might add a different level of achievement.   She continued to gain in experience by working as an Accounting Controller from 2000 til the present. JaLynda also achieved QuickBooks Pro Advisor status and serves as a consultant to several small companies for the QuickBooks Suite of Software.

JaLynda enjoys serving as a volunteer in her spare time. She enjoys working with the elderly and helping them by visiting Nursing Homes as well.
